USER AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. Your use of this site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. By using this site, you signify your assent to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.

  1. Acceptance of Online Reservations. I understand and agree that once the stated deadlines to drop rooms (please see your event’s FAQ’s) have passed I cannot cancel or change my room reservations without express written consent from Convention Services Associates, Inc. and will not be entitled to a refund of any charges.
  2. Acceptance of Online Purchases. I understand and agree that once the stated deadlines to request ticket refunds (please see your event’s FAQ’s) have passed I cannot cancel or change my ticket purchase without express written consent from Convention Services Associates, Inc. and will not be entitled to a refund of any charges.
  3. Acceptance of Attendance. I understand and agree that if the Winterfest event that I have made payment to attend occurs and I am unwilling or unable to attend I cannot cancel or change my purchase without express written consent from Convention Services Associates, Inc. and will not be entitled to a refund of any charges.
  4. Acceptance of Refunded Payment. I understand and agree that if Convention Services Associates, Inc determines that I am eligible for a refund that any portion of my payment that was spent to process the credit/debit card transaction will not be included in the refunded amount.
  5. Payment Method. I understand and agree that all payments must be made with a church credit card only and that the name of the church must appear on the credit card. Proof of church as payer for method of payment will be submitted to Convention Services Associates, Inc. upon request.
  6. Age and Responsibility. I represent by use of this site that I have the authority to register for Winterfest on behalf of my church and that I am of sufficient legal age to enter into this agreement.
