Register for Tickets and Hotels: To begin the Winterfest registration process for Northeast Winterfest (Tickets AND Hotel) enter the information requested below including the number of rooms you will need – don’t worry – you’ll be able to add/drop rooms until December 18th. A $300.00 deposit per room is required to reserve rooms.

Ticket AND Hotel: Your ticket to all Northeast Winterfest activities and hotel for two nights. Prices depend on how many people you put in each room:

4 or 5 in a room $204 per person
3 in a room $234 per person
2 in a room $289 per person
1 in a room $469 per person

Ticket Cost: $119: (This option DOES NOT include hotel)

Steps to Register

Ticket AND Hotel:

Pay room deposit
Submit your room list (housing requirements) no later than December 18th, 2026
Make your final payment no later than December 25th, 2026
Changes made AFTER January 1st, 2027 will NOT be refund eligible (no exceptions)
